Refunds & Cancellation

New workspaces start on a free trial. You are not charged during the trial and can stop at any time before it ends without paying anything. You only pay when you choose to subscribe to a paid plan.

• You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing → Cancel subscription, or by emailing privacy@kuvi.work.
• On cancellation your plan stays active until the end of the billing cycle you have already paid for, and it is not renewed after that. You keep access until then.
• No further charges are made once you cancel.

Because subscription fees are billed in advance for a service that is available to you for the whole period, fees for the current billing cycle are generally non-refundable, and we do not provide pro-rata refunds for the unused part of a cycle after you cancel. However, we will gladly issue a refund in these cases:

• Duplicate or erroneous charge — you were charged more than once, or charged in error.
• Failed activation — payment was taken but your plan did not activate and we cannot resolve it.
• Billing mistake on our side — you were charged the wrong amount.

We also consider good-faith refund requests for an annual plan cancelled within 7 days of the first charge, on a case-by-case basis.

Email privacy@kuvi.work from your account email with your workspace name, the payment date and the amount. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method through Razorpay. Once initiated, the amount typically reaches your account within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. Any applicable GST is refunded together with the base amount.
