Terms of Service

Effective 5 July 2026. These terms are an agreement between Testware Informatics Private Limited (“Kuvi”, “we”, “us”) and the organisation or person using the Kuvi web, desktop and mobile apps and the website at kuvi.work (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

Kuvi is a subscription-based business operating system for small companies, covering projects and tasks, team and attendance, chat, an encrypted credentials vault, resource-split insights and GST-ready invoicing. We provide it on a software-as-a-service basis and may improve, add or retire features over time.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. The person who signs up represents that they are authorised to bind their organisation. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly of any unauthorised use.

3. Subscriptions, fees & taxes

  • Paid plans are billed per seat, in advance, on a monthly or annual cycle, and renew automatically until cancelled. A free trial may be offered; you are not charged until you subscribe.
  • All fees are exclusive of taxes; 18% GST is added at checkout and shown on your tax invoice. Prices are in Indian Rupees.
  • Payments are processed by Razorpay. By subscribing you also agree to Razorpay’s terms for the payment transaction. We do not store your full card details.
  • Cancellation and refunds are governed by our Refunds & Cancellation Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Break the law, or infringe others’ rights, using the Service.
  • Upload malware, or attempt to breach, probe or disrupt the Service or its security.
  • Copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to derive the source code of the Service, except to the limited extent the law expressly allows despite this restriction.
  • Rent, lease, sublicense, sell, resell, time-share or otherwise provide the Service to third parties, or frame or mirror it, except as we permit in writing.
  • Scrape, crawl or use bots or other automated means to extract data from the Service or its content, or circumvent or exceed any usage limit, access control, rate limit or security measure.
  • Use the Service to build, or help anyone build, a competing product or service, or for benchmarking, without our prior written consent.
  • Store content you have no right to store, or use Kuvi to send spam.

5. Your data

You and your organisation own the content you put into Kuvi. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and operate the Service for you. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the right to store the data you upload and for your team’s use of the workspace.

6. Intellectual property

All rights, title and interest in the Service, including its software and source code, design and user interface, website content, documentation, and the Kuvi name, logo and other trademarks, are and remain the exclusive property of Testware Informatics Private Limited and its licensors. They are protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret and other laws in India and worldwide.

Subject to these terms and your active subscription, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable and revocable licence to access and use the Service for your organisation's internal business use. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by us. You may not use the Kuvi name, logo or branding without our prior written consent, and you must not remove, obscure or alter any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notice in the Service.

If you send us feedback, ideas or suggestions about the Service, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free right to use them to operate and improve the Service, with no obligation or payment to you. This does not affect your ownership of the content you put into Kuvi, which is covered in “Your data” above.

7. Availability & support

We work to keep the Service available and secure, but it is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may perform maintenance and will aim to minimise disruption. Support is available at .

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Kuvi is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Suspension & termination

You may cancel at any time as described in the Refunds & Cancellation Policy. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms, fail to pay, or use the Service unlawfully. On termination your right to use the Service ends; we will make your data available for export for a reasonable period unless the law requires otherwise.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in-app or by email and the effective date above updated. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
