What each Kuvi plan tier includes, from free Spark up to Business, plus the paid add-ons you can layer on top.

Kuvi has four plan tiers, and a handful of add-ons you can buy on top. This page breaks down what each includes. To pick one or upgrade, see choose a plan.

What each plan includes

Spark (free)

Free forever, so you can run a small team without a card.

  • Up to 5 users and 2 active projects.
  • Key Docker vault, capped at 5 credentials per user, personal only (no team sharing or audit history).
  • Resource Split in its effort-only view.
  • 30-day audit-log retention.
  • GST invoicing is not included on this tier.

Starter

For small teams running client work.

  • Up to 25 users and 10 active projects.
  • 10 GST invoices per month, with Tally export.
  • Attendance (with geofence) and leave management.
  • Key Docker with unlimited credentials, team sharing and audit history.
  • 90-day audit-log retention.

Growth

The full engine for a growing company, with a 14-day free trial.

  • Unlimited users and projects.
  • Unlimited GST invoicing with Tally export.
  • The complete Resource Split, including the rupee cost engine (effort and cost), not just the effort view.
  • Custom roles and third-party integrations.
  • One-year audit-log retention.

Business

Everything in Growth, plus the enterprise extras.

  • Mobile app access included for the whole workspace.
  • Custom domain and SSO sign-in are included on this tier.
  • Unlimited audit-log retention.

If a trial or subscription lapses, your data is never deleted. Your workspace simply falls back to the free Spark limits until you renew, and paid features re-lock.

Add-ons attach to your plan rather than changing your tier:

  • Mobile app access. Included on Business; teams on Growth can add it separately so their members can sign in on the Android app.
  • Advanced AI insights. AI-written narratives, anomaly alerts and forecasts over your reports. A paid add-on that is coming soon.
  • Meetings Pro / Zoom. Richer meetings, including Zoom.
  • Custom domain. White-label Kuvi on your own domain. Included on Business, and available as an add-on on lower tiers.

Need just one capability from a higher tier? An add-on is often the cheaper path than upgrading your whole plan. Manage everything from Settings → Billing.
