Invite your team
Add teammates to your workspace and give them the right level of access.

Kuvi is built for teams, so the first thing most owners do is invite people.
Send invites
- Open Settings → Team.
- Click Invite member.
- Enter their work email and pick a role (see below).
- They'll receive an invite to set a password and join your workspace.
Choose the right role
Roles decide what a person can see and change:
- Owner / Admin — full access, including billing and security settings.
- Member — day-to-day access to projects, tasks, chat and attendance.
- Custom roles — on Growth and above you can define your own roles with fine-grained permissions per module.
Your plan sets how many active members you can have — 5 on Spark, 25 on Starter, and unlimited on Growth and Business. You can see seats used in Settings → Billing.
Organise people into departments
Group members into departments (Engineering, Design, Sales…) from Settings → Departments. Departments make the Resource Split and team directory far easier to read as you grow.
