People, payroll and leave
- Monthly payslips. HR generates a month's payslips for the whole team in one click; every member downloads their own as a PDF, with earnings, deductions and loss-of-pay for unpaid leave.
- Mark leave for a member. Managers can record time off on someone's behalf, auto-approved, without waiting for a request.
Deals and CRM
- Deals, Kuvi's built-in CRM. Capture leads, win them in an action-first pipeline, and turn a Won deal into a real Client, Project and revenue line. Included on Growth and above.
- Capture leads from your ads. Pull leads from Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Google campaigns straight into one Lead Inbox, with a guided setup and no ad passwords shared with Kuvi.
- AI lead scoring. Every lead is ranked Hot, Warm or Cold so your team knows who to chase first, and a "Hot leads" card on your dashboard surfaces the best ones at a glance.
- An action-first pipeline. A colour-coded board with a Today view that tells each person exactly who to follow up with.
Attendance and time
- Day Log. Account for your whole day at clock-out, the tasks you worked on plus non-task work like meetings, mentoring and learning, so clocked hours reconcile fairly.
- Weekly off and holiday awareness. Open Kuvi on a day off and a banner tells you it is a weekly off or a holiday. Work done on those days is recorded as day-off work. See Clocking in and out.
- Attendance reports. A team summary with average hours per day, plus a per-employee month-wise drill-down with clocked versus logged hours and location checks, downloadable as Excel.
- Saved work places. Pick where you're working from at clock-in — the office, home or a client site — so attendance is checked against the right spot.
- Correct a clock time. Managers can fix a member's clock-in or clock-out, for example a shift that was auto-closed at the 12-hour cap.
Reports and insights
- Reports hub. Financial P&L, Revenue by Client, Revenue by Product, Resource Split and delivery, and Attendance, all exportable. See the Reports overview.
- Advanced AI insights is previewed as an upcoming paid add-on. See Advanced AI insights.
Clients, products and billing
- Clients and Products. Track clients and products, then tag projects so revenue and delivery roll up.
- GST invoicing and Tally. Raise GST-compliant invoices (CGST, SGST, IGST) and export Tally-ready XML.
- Your subscription invoices. Every workspace keeps a downloadable invoice history for its Kuvi plan — a full GST invoice for paid plans, and a ₹0 invoice listing your inclusions for a complimentary plan.
Work everywhere
- Desktop and mobile apps. Kuvi runs as a desktop app for Mac and Windows and an Android app, all in sync with the web app. See Navigating Kuvi.
- Your own domain. On the Business plan, or with the Custom Domain add-on, your whole workspace can live on a domain like app.yourcompany.com. Ask an admin to set it up under Settings → Custom domain.
Collaboration and security
- Team chat. Channels, direct messages, threads and files beside your work.
- Key Docker. Store, share and audit project credentials in an encrypted vault.
