Attendance reports
The team attendance summary and the per-employee month-wise drill-down, with average hours per day, clocked versus logged reconciliation, day-off work and location checks. Download it as Excel.
Kuvi turns every clock-in into a payroll-ready attendance report. Open it from Insights → Reports → Attendance. You need the manage attendance permission (admins always have it).
The team summary
The Attendance report opens on a summary for the period you choose (it defaults to the current month). Each row is one team member, with:
- Days present and total Hours for the period.
- Avg per day, the average hours worked on the days they were present.
- Late arrivals and Half days.
- Office versus Remote day counts.
Pick a different month from the date control at the top to re-run the summary for that period.
The per-employee drill-down
Click any member's name to open their month by month drill-down. This is the HR-grade view used for payroll, appraisals and reconciling where time went. It lists every calendar day of the month, so present days, absences, weekly offs, holidays and approved leave are all visible in one place, and for each worked day you get:
- Clocked hours (clock-in to clock-out).
- Logged hours from the Day Log, split into task work and other official work.
- Clock-in and clock-out location with the distance from the office or the member's home, and an off-site flag when it falls outside the allowed radius.
- A Day-off work marker when the member worked on a weekly off or a holiday.
A gap between Clocked and Logged hours means the day was not fully accounted for in the Day Log, not that time is missing. Encourage the team to log their day at clock-out so the two line up.
Download the Excel workbook
Click Download Excel on either the team summary or a member's drill-down. The workbook has two parts:
- A summary sheet with the payroll totals: scheduled working days, present, full and half days, absent, approved leave, holidays, weekly offs, day-off work, payable days, hours and punctuality.
- A daily log with a row per day, including status, mode, clock-in and clock-out times, clocked and logged hours, the Day Log breakdown, both location checks and any flags.
Everything opens straight in Excel, Google Sheets or Numbers, ready to hand to your accountant or drop into payroll.
Where the numbers come from
- Working days, weekly offs and holidays follow your Settings → Attendance working-days setup and your Holiday calendar. See Leave and holidays.
- Clocked hours come from each member's clock-in and clock-out. See Clocking in and out.
- Logged hours come from the Day Log.
