Capture leads

Bring enquiries into one Lead Inbox from ad campaigns, website forms, CSV uploads and webhooks, or add them by hand.

Growth and upUpdated 7 July 2026

The Lead Inbox is where every enquiry lands, whatever its source. Open Leads in the sidebar to see it. You can add a lead by hand in seconds, or set up a source so leads arrive on their own.

Add a lead by hand

Click Add lead, type or paste what you know (a name, an email, a phone number, a company, a note) and save. Kuvi tidies the details as you go, so an email is always stored in a valid form and a phone number keeps only its digits.

Bring leads in automatically

Open Leads → Sources → Connect a source and pick where the leads come from. Each source gets its own private web address, and a coloured badge in the inbox so you always know where a lead came from.

  • Ad campaigns. Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Google lead ads flow straight in. A guided wizard walks you through it with pictures, and Kuvi never sees your ad account password. See Connect your ad campaigns.
  • Web form. Drop a simple form on your website, or share the hosted form link, and every submission becomes a lead.
  • CSV import. Upload a spreadsheet of leads and map the columns once. Kuvi matches common column names for you.
  • Webhook. Any tool that can send a web request can post leads to Kuvi. This is how email tools and other platforms feed in.

You do not have to match up field names. Kuvi auto-detects the person's name, email, phone, company and message from whatever a source sends, so a lead looks tidy in the inbox no matter where it came from.

Triage the inbox

Leads arrive as New. Work down the list, and for each one either qualify it (it looks real, move it forward), convert it into a deal, or drop it. Use the status tabs and search to keep the list under control, and let the AI score tell you which to open first.

No duplicates

If the same person comes in twice, Kuvi spots it, so a lead who fills in a form after clicking an ad does not clutter your inbox with a copy.
