Desktop and mobile apps
Run Kuvi as a desktop app for Mac and Windows and on your phone, all in sync with the web app. Where to download each one and how signing in works.
Kuvi is the same product everywhere. Alongside the web app you can run a desktop app and a mobile app, and everything stays in sync instantly, because each app signs in to the same workspace.
Desktop app (Mac and Windows)
The desktop app gives you a focused Kuvi window with no lost browser tabs. It wraps the live web app, so it is always up to date with no manual updates.
- Mac is available now. Download it from the Apps section on kuvi.work, open the downloaded file and drag Kuvi to your Applications folder.
- Windows is rolling out and shows as "Coming soon" until the installer is code-signed. We will flip it on the moment it is ready.
Sign in with your email and password. On desktop, "Continue with Google" is hidden because Google does not allow its sign-in inside an embedded app window. Once you sign in, the app keeps you signed in, so reopening it drops you straight back into your workspace.
Mobile app
The mobile app is built for work on the move:
- Geo-verified clock in and out with office or remote mode.
- Your tasks, team chat and this week's Resource Split in your pocket.
- Push notifications for what needs your attention.
Android is rolling out now and iOS is on the way. The download links appear in the Apps section on kuvi.work as each store goes live.
Which one should I use?
Use whichever fits the moment. Managers often keep the desktop or web app open for reports and planning, while everyone uses the mobile app to clock in and stay on top of tasks and chat. Because they all share one workspace, a task you create on the web appears on your phone straight away.
On a white-label custom domain, have your team sign in to the web and desktop apps at your own address (for example app.yourcompany.com) rather than kuvi.work.
