Export to PDF or CSV

The revenue, P&L and delivery reports open inside the same branded shell, so exporting is the same everywhere:

  1. Open any report.
  2. Click Download PDF to print a clean, Kuvi-branded copy. Your company name, the report title and a generated-on timestamp appear in the header, and the dashboard chrome (sidebar and toolbar) drops out automatically.
  3. Click CSV to download the same figures as a spreadsheet file.

The Attendance report exports as a ready-to-use Excel workbook instead. See Attendance reports for what is inside it.

"Download PDF" uses your browser's print dialog. In the print window, choose Save as PDF as the destination to keep a file, or send it straight to a printer.

Who can see what

Access follows your finance, reports and attendance permissions:

  • The two revenue reports and the Financial P&L need the finance permission.
  • The Resource Split and delivery report needs the reports permission.
  • The Attendance report needs the manage attendance permission.

Admins always have every permission. If you cannot open a report, ask an admin to grant the matching permission on Settings → Roles and permissions.
