Win a deal
Mark a deal Won and Kuvi turns it into a real Client, Project and revenue line, tagged Service or Product, feeding straight into Resource Split.
Winning a deal in Kuvi is not just a status change. It closes the loop into delivery, so the sale you just made becomes real work your team can start on.
Mark it Won
Move the deal to the Won stage, or open it and choose Mark as won. Kuvi asks you to confirm the final won value, and records any difference between what you proposed and what you actually closed, which later shows up as a proposed-versus-won deviation in your reporting. A celebration confirms the win.
What Kuvi creates for you
From a Won deal, Kuvi can spin up, in one step:
- a Client (new or linked to an existing one),
- a Project to deliver the work, and
- the expected revenue, tagged Service or Product.
Because all of this lands inside the same workspace, there is no re-keying the deal into a separate delivery tool.
Why this matters
The Service or Product tag flows straight into your Resource Split and your revenue reports. That means you can answer a question no standalone CRM can: are the deals you are winning the ones your team actually has the capacity to deliver, and are they the right mix of client Service work and your own Product?
Handle multi-currency deals with confidence. A deal can be in any currency with a live reference rate, and every total across your pipeline and reports rolls up in rupees so the numbers always add up.
