What is Deals?

Deals is Kuvi's built-in CRM. Most CRMs stop at the sale. Kuvi runs the whole journey: a lead arrives from an ad or a web form, AI tells you how promising it is, your team works it through a pipeline, and the moment it is Won it becomes a real Client, Project and revenue line inside the same workspace your team already uses.
The four parts
- Lead Inbox. One place where every enquiry lands, from Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Google ads, your website forms, CSV uploads and webhooks. See Capture leads.
- AI lead scoring. Each lead is ranked Hot, Warm or Cold from the details it carries, so your team knows who to chase first. See AI lead scoring.
- The pipeline. An action-first board with a Today view that tells each person exactly who to follow up with. See Work the pipeline.
- Win and hand off. Mark a deal Won and Kuvi creates the Client, the Project and the expected revenue, tagged Service or Product. See Win a deal.
Why it is different
No other CRM connects the sale to the work. Because Deals lives inside Kuvi, a Won deal flows straight into your projects, your revenue and your Resource Split, so you can see whether the deals you are winning are the ones your team actually has the capacity to deliver.

Where to start
- Open Leads and add a lead by hand, or wire up a source so they arrive on their own. See Capture leads.
- Qualify a promising lead and convert it into a deal.
- Move it along the pipeline until you win it.
