Meetings Pro and Zoom

Connect your own Zoom account so Kuvi auto-creates meeting links, and get an org-wide admin view of every meeting.

Updated 23 June 2026

Meetings Pro is an optional add-on that removes the "paste a link" step and gives admins a complete view of company meetings. You bring your own meeting account, so there's no per-seat cost from Kuvi.

Enable the add-on

  1. Go to Settings → Billing → Add-ons.
  2. Turn on Meetings Pro (₹299/month, flat for the whole organisation).

It unlocks two things: auto-created meeting links and the admin Workspace.

Connect your Zoom account

  1. Go to Settings → Integrations, where a Zoom card now appears.
  2. Click Connect and follow the built-in 5-step guide. In short: create a Server-to-Server OAuth app in the Zoom Marketplace, add the meeting:write:meeting:admin scope, fill the Information tab, and Activate it. Then paste the Account ID, Client ID and Client Secret into Kuvi.
  3. Click Connect & verify.

Your Zoom credentials are validated against Zoom and then stored fully encrypted. They're never shown again after saving and never sent back to the browser.

Once Zoom is connected, the Schedule dialog shows an Auto-create Zoom option. Pick it and Kuvi mints a real Zoom link on your account and shares it with attendees, no copy-paste. Cancelling the meeting also cancels it on Zoom.

The admin Workspace

Admins get a Workspace tab on the Meetings page: every meeting across the organisation with its organiser, attendees, timestamps and status, plus headline stats. Hover the guest count to see who's invited.

A free Zoom account works for link creation (group calls keep Zoom's 40-minute limit); a paid Zoom plan lifts that, and that's Zoom's pricing, not Kuvi's. Google Meet auto-links are planned for a future update.
