Schedule a meeting
Set up a team meeting with a free Google Meet link, invite your teammates, and share it with clients.

The Meetings page lets you schedule reviews, stand-ups and client calls right next to your work, and it's free on every plan.
Schedule one
- Open Meetings from the sidebar and click Schedule.
- Give it a title, pick the date & time and a duration.
- Add a meeting link:
- Click New Google Meet to open a fresh Meet room, then paste the link back into the field, or
- paste any link you already have (Zoom, Teams, etc.).
- Choose your attendees from the team list. You're added automatically as the organiser.
- (Optional) Add an agenda, then Schedule.
Everyone you invited gets an in-app notification and an email with the time and the join link.
Google Meet is free with any Google account, no paid Workspace plan needed. If you'd rather have Kuvi create the link for you automatically, see Meetings Pro and Zoom.
Join, edit and share
- Join: every meeting card has a Join button that opens the link.
- Invite: click Invite to copy a ready-to-paste invite (title, time and link) so you can share it with a client or anyone outside your team.
- Edit / Cancel: the organiser (or an admin) can change or cancel a meeting; attendees are notified either way.
Upcoming vs Past
The Upcoming and Past tabs separate what's ahead from your history. Cancelled meetings stay visible (greyed out) so nothing silently disappears.
