Delivery and Resource Split

See how your team's effort splits between Service and Product work, alongside the status and health of every project.

Updated 28 June 2026

The Resource Split & delivery report, under Insights → Reports, shows where your team's effort is going and how your projects are performing in one place. It needs the reports permission.

The effort split

The top of the report splits your work between Service (client-funded) and Product (internal investment). Kuvi prefers your estimated hours as the basis; if no tasks are estimated yet, it falls back to task counts so you still get a meaningful split. The report tells you which basis it used.

This is the same Service-versus-Product idea as the dedicated Resource Split feature. For the deeper view, including the cost engine on Growth and above, see Understanding Resource Split.

Project performance

Below the split, two summaries count your projects by status (Active, On hold, Completed, Archived) and by health (On track, At risk, Delayed). A table then lists every project with its type, status, health and task count, so you can spot the at-risk or delayed work quickly.

Estimating hours on your tasks makes the split far more accurate, since it then weighs effort by time rather than by raw task count.

Like the other reports, this one exports to a branded PDF or CSV from the toolbar. See the Reports overview.
