Revenue by Client and Product
See income ranked by client and by product, combining invoices with any recorded subscription revenue.
Two reports under Insights → Reports break your income down by who paid and by what earned it: Revenue by Client and Revenue by Product. Both rank rows by total, and both need the finance permission.
Revenue by Client
This report lists every client with two figures:
- Billed: invoices that are sent, paid or overdue.
- Collected: invoices that are paid.
It also shows each client's project count, and a totals row at the bottom. Use it to see which client relationships carry the most revenue and how much of it has actually come in.
The same per-client figures appear on each client's detail page.
Revenue by Product
This report combines two income sources for each product:
- Invoices billed against that product's projects.
- Subscriptions: the product income you record for it (for example recurring SaaS collected through a payment gateway).
The KPI band shows total income, the invoice portion and the subscription portion, and the table ranks products by total.
Income you record without choosing a product still counts toward your totals, but appears as a separate Unassigned income row rather than against a named product. Tag it to a product when recording it to see it on that product's row.
Both reports export to branded PDF or CSV. See the Reports overview for how, and the Financial P&L for the company-wide Service vs Product picture.
