Channels and direct messages

Kuvi's chat keeps conversations in the same place as your projects, so you don't bounce between tools.

Channels vs DMs

• Channels: topic or team conversations (e.g. #engineering, #client-acme). Anyone in the channel sees the messages.
• Direct messages: private one-to-one or small-group conversations.

Threads, reactions and files

• Reply in a thread to keep a side-conversation tidy.
• Add reactions to acknowledge a message without adding noise.
• Attach files and share code snippets: code blocks get a one-click copy button.
