AI lead scoring
Every lead is ranked Hot, Warm or Cold from the signals it carries, so your team always knows who to chase first.
When leads pour in from ads and forms, the hard part is knowing which ones are worth your time. Kuvi scores every lead Hot, Warm or Cold and shows a coloured chip next to it, so your team opens the inbox already knowing where the money is.
How the score works
Each lead gets a score out of 100, built from the details it carries:
- A work email (not a free Gmail or Yahoo address) counts for more than a personal one.
- A phone number, a company and a job title all add to the score.
- A stated budget or deal value lifts it, more so when the value is large.
- Leads from paid ad campaigns and web forms carry a little extra weight, because that person actively reached out.
From the total, Kuvi sets the tier: Hot for the strongest leads, Warm in the middle, and Cold for the thinnest ones. Hover the chip to see the score and a one-line reason, such as which details are strong or which are missing.
Chase the hot ones first
- In the Lead Inbox, switch the sort to Hottest to bring the best leads to the top.
- On your dashboard home, a "Hot leads, chase these first" card surfaces the top few open leads, so the best opportunities are seen before anyone even opens the inbox.
Scoring updates on its own. It reads the details already on each lead, so it covers leads you captured earlier too, and a score refreshes the moment you add a missing phone number or company.
AI lead scoring is included on the Growth plan and above, at no extra cost. It needs no setup, it just appears once you have leads.
