Work the pipeline

Move deals along a colour-coded pipeline, log activities, and let the Today view tell each person exactly who to follow up with.

Growth and upUpdated 7 July 2026

Once a lead becomes a deal, you work it on the pipeline, a colour-coded board that works on day one. Open Deals in the sidebar.

The board

Deals sit in stages, seeded sensibly for you as New, Qualified, Proposal and Won or Lost. Drag a deal from one stage to the next as it progresses. Hero metrics at the top show your open pipeline value and what is expected to close, all rolled up in rupees even when individual deals are in other currencies.

Each deal holds its title, value, owner, expected close date and a Service or Product tag, plus a link back to the lead it came from.

Log what happens

Open a deal to see its activity timeline. Add a note, a call, an email, a meeting or a follow-up, and give a follow-up a due date. Kuvi remembers when you last touched each deal, so nothing quietly goes cold.

The Today view

The Today panel is the heart of an action-first CRM. Instead of a silent grid of records, it tells each person what to do now:

  • follow-ups due or overdue today, and
  • deals that have gone quiet and need a nudge.

Work the list top to bottom and your pipeline keeps moving.

Make the pipeline yours

Click Stages on the board to rename stages, set each one's win probability, change its colour, reorder them, or add and remove stages. The Won and Lost stages are protected so your reporting stays consistent.

Losing a deal is useful data too. Mark it Lost with a reason, and it feeds your win-and-loss reporting so you can see why deals slip. See the Deals report.

When you win, Kuvi turns the deal into real delivery. See Win a deal.
